Gripsport Tilting Mechanism (+$185.00) The optional Gripsport tilting feature gives you instant access to anything behind or under your bikes such as gas bottles, front boots, windows and toolboxes.

Gripsport Fixed (Non-Tilting Mechanism) A simple bracket that converts the vertical 50mm post to the horizontal 40mm rack arm required to hold the rack. This product is also recommended if selecting our new mid-post tilting mechanism.

Standard Setup Front Hoop, Rear Taco Gripsport's standard wheel setup has a front wheel hoop and a rear wheel "V" shaped taco (includes velcro cinch strap). This setup allows you to fit different wheelbase bikes on the rack without the need to adjust the wheel spacings.

All Hoop Setup The all hoop setup is terrific if you don't need to swap bikes around. The wheels sit lower in the hoops than the rear taco, making the bikes more secure. The Velcro cinch strap is not required with this setup although we still recommend adding cinch straps to your kit.

All Fat Bike Setup The fat bike setup requires the hoops to be set at the correct wheelbase for each bike, if a different sized bike is used the wheel spacings will need to be adjusted. The fat bike hoops suit tyres up the 6" wide and set to the wheelbases of the bikes

Anti-rattle rack hitch stabiliser (+$69.00) Most vehicle hitch receivers have a small amount of clearance between the receiver and the 2" towbar tongue or towbar adapter. This play is accentuated when a rack is installed and you have over a metre hanging out each side, the wobble is quite significant. The Gripsport rack hitch stabiliser eliminates any movement and also has an option to add a lock for security. The Bike Rack Hitch Stabiliser is a high quality anti-rattle device suitable for any bike rack that mounts directly into a 50mm (2″) square hitch tow bar receiver. It’s steel construction, CNC machined and zinc plated materials ensure it is strong and built to last! The stabiliser is also 100% lockable keeping it secure. Bike Rack Hitch Clamp (+$76.00) The Ultimate Anti-Rattle Solution for Your Bike Rack Hitch. Say goodbye to annoying rattling and movement with GripSport’s Hitch Clamp, designed to fit all 50mm Hitch-mounted bike racks, including the GS-Adventure and GS-Urban series. (Please note: This Hitch Clamp comes included with the Versa Vertical bike rack.) Further reduction of any movement in the square hitch can be achieved when used in conjuction with GripSport’s bike rack hitch stabiliser. Installing the Hitch Clamp: Slide the clamp over the top/bottom of the protruding hitch arm, making sure to catch the bottom edge of the tow bar hitch with the lower plate. The upper plate only rests on top of the bike rack hitch arm. Tighten the large nuts underneath using a spanner or socket until secure, pulling the rack downwards and tightening the nuts. Screw on the thin locking nuts and nip up to avoid large nuts loosening with spanner or socket.

Number plate and light assembly (+$285.00) Enhance your GripSport Bike Rack with Gripsport's integrated bike rack light and number plate assembly. Your kit is compatible with both Standard Vehicle Number Plates and smaller Auxiliary/Bike Rack Plates. Regardless of where you drive in Australia, the rules are simple: You must not obstruct clear view of your vehicle lights You must not obstruct clear view of your number plate And if you drive at night, your number plate must be illuminated.

Add Bush Chook Mid-Post Tilt Mechanism (+$249.00) This product is perfect if extra access is required. It is suitable for a variety applications including Expanda type vans, this means bikes and the rack no longer need to be removed in order to extend the front bed. It works perfectly with Ezytrail Parkes and Ceduna models and vans with a large hinged front opening boot like some of the Jayco Stirling/Silverline models and some Euro brands. Previously there was no way to access the boot without removing the post, this is now as simple as removing the locating pin and tilting the post. It can also be used on a standard setup where you simply would like more access. Note: Posts will have to fabricated to suit this mechanism if not purchasing our mount & post kit.

Note: Posts only- no mounting included. Compatible with Gripsport van racks, the post kits along with our tilting mechanism allows simple conversion for existing van racks, allowing full unimpeded access to anything on your drawbar. The Mid-Post Tilting Mechanism requires two separate posts, upper and lower. The posts are pre-drilled and ready to install. Scroll over product for more info.

Lower Post (+$69.00) If you already own a van rack with a mount/post assembly, it maybe possible to fabricate and utilise the existing post. However if your existing post is the short quick release version, an extra post will be required. The lower post is 480mm in length and drilled at 90mm centres its entire length, this suits the GripSport bolt on mount and the lower side of the mid-post tilting mechanism. The post can be cut to length to suit whatever clearance the rack needs when tilted. The shortest this post can be cut to is 300mm.

Upper Post (+$69.00) If you already own a van rack with a mount/post assembly, it maybe possible to fabricate and utilise the existing post. However if your existing post is the short quick release version, an extra post will be required. The upper post is 330mm in length and drilled at 50mm centres its entire length, this suits both the GripSport tilting or fixed mechanism and the upper side of the mid-post tilting mechanism. The post can be cut to length to suit whatever clearance the rack needs when tilted. The shortest this post can be cut to is 230mm.
