What's the difference between the GS range and the GS+ range?
The “+” on Gripsport’s vehicle range signifies that the carrier is supplied with a rack light and number plate mount.
Do any of the Gripsport racks come with a loading ramp?
Only the GS-Urban/GS-Urban+ carriers are available with loading ramps, there are extendable loading ramps available online, but loading heavier E bikes this way may pose some risks. We recommend assistance when loading heavier bikes onto the racks.
Will this hang out too far from the back of my motorhome?
Each state has their own laws regarding “overhang”. Please contact your local road authority for the overhang laws in your particular state. The rear overhang limit for motorhomes in Western Australia is 3.7 metres (from the centre of the rear axle) or 60% of the wheelbase, whichever is the lesser. This limit applies to all motorhomes and trailers, including those with a single axle group or a tandem drive axle group. It is crucial for motorhome owners to ensure that their vehicles comply with these requirements to avoid legal issues and ensure safe travel.
